What makes you different than other poop scoop and pet care services?
Unhound is part of the largest and most trusted pet care franchise system in North America. As a leader in the pet care industry since 2000, our name is known and trusted throughout North America as the premier provider of pet care. We have the experience and knowledge in an established brand that people trust.
Our Certified Caregivers complete an extensive training program so they are knowledgeable about all types of animals and situations. Each Caregiver is background checked and certified in pet first aid and CPR to ensure the highest levels of safety for your pets and your home.
Do you do background checks on your employees?
Yes. Not only do our Certified Caregivers have to pass their background check, they have to pass a certification program before they are able to care for pets. We only hire people that we would trust with our own animals, so you can be sure your pets are in the best hands possible, other than your own.
Where do you dispose of the poop that you scoop?
We can dispose of the poop in our sealed trash bags in your waste receptacles or haul it away for you.
What happens if the Caregiver gets sick or is unable to come to my poop scoop appointment?
We will provide an alternate Certified Caregiver. We will let you know prior to your appointment that it will be a different one of our employees taking care of your yard.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We are completely insured and each of our individual franchises are fully bonded as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
This may vary by location and is a good question to ask your local Unhound when talk with them about your initial poop scoop visit.
Do you charge more if I have more dogs?
Prices vary based on the number of pets and frequency of scheduled visits. Talk with a Unhound Caregiver about your specific needs.
Do you charge more for holidays?
